    The staff were generally friendly and professional, contributing positively to the experience. The outdoor pools were a relaxing highlight throughout my stay. I encountered issues with the heating in my room, uncomfortable, and the limited dining hours for dinner were somewhat inconvenient.

    The thermal pools are really good-perfect for unwinding after a long day, and the variety of saunas kept things interesting. The bistro offers reasonably priced dining with some decent options to explore, a nice touch for the hungry traveler.

    Room heating issues plagued the stay, with many guests reporting discomfort due to overheated rooms even with the thermostat set low. Early morning disturbances from loud music at 6:30 am were downright annoying. The pool's strict swim cap policy was enforced with questionable enthusiasm. Breakfast service needed to step up its game on replenishing food items before service wrapped up, leaving some guests dissatisfied. Lastly, the surrounding area lacked aesthetically pleasing walking paths to explore.

    The spa facilities were great, and I loved being able to relax and unwind. The room was well-maintained and clean with all the necessary amenities. the secure storage provided for my bicycle was a great relief. Last but not the least, a special mention to the excellent breakfast spread with eggs made to order.

    Spent xmas holidays at a stunning hotel with excellent service. Enjoyed the warm welcome and friendly staff who made the experience smooth and comfortable. One of the best aspects was the amazing spa facilities which were a dream come true. They also provided safe storage for our bicycles which was a bonus. Breakfast was brilliant, with made-to-order eggs being a highlight. the location was central, making it easy to access different areas.

    The room heating was problematic. Even when set at a reasonable temperature, the room was still too warm.

    The spa facilities were amazing and definitely the highlight of our weekend. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast offered a great variety of options including made-to-order eggs. Additionally, they offered secure storage for our bikes.

    The room temperature was a constant issue throughout our stay. Even when we set the thermostat to the recommended temperature, the room was still too warm, and the cooling option only pushed out warm air. We also had to request a bedside lamp repair, which was promised to be done immediately but was not attended to throughout our entire stay.

    From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and made to feel at home. This hotel's spa is like no other, with exclusive amenities such as a full-body massage, beauty treatment, and steam room. the indoor swimming pool was stunning, with sun loungers by the side and a lovely garden area. We were blown away by the delicious in-room breakfast and the fantastic restaurant with specially designed menus. we had access to private facilities, which added to the luxurious experience.

    the room heating was problematic, and we found it challenging to regulate the temperature, sometimes leading to overheating.

    We recently stayed at a hotel with a great spa for a few days. the staff were super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. the rooms were spacious and well, maintained, with secure storage available for bicycles. the breakfast was outstanding, with made, to, order eggs and an array of options. the location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities, and stunning views of the surroundings. the bathroom facilities were top, notch and the amenities were superb.

    Our only minor issue was with the room heating, which was a bit difficult to regulate, but this did not diminish our overall experience at the hotel.
